Did you notice the display Bill and Janet Rigby put together on their porch at Elm and Delaware to welcome President Obama to town?  Look closely at the cardboard cut-out of the President at right:  He has a Band-Aid over one eye, lipstick on one cheek, and a Hawaiian lei over his shoulders.
