Did you notice the display Bill and Janet Rigby put together on their porch at Elm and Delaware to welcome President Obama to town?  Look closely at the cardboard cut-out of the President at right:  He has a Band-Aid over one eye, lipstick on one cheek, and a Hawaiian lei over his shoulders. This Year’s 15 Steele Interns Arrive Today At Hall of Fame COOPERSTOWN – Fifteen college students, the 2014 Frank and Peggy Steele interns, arrived in Cooperstown today to begin 10 weeks of study at the National Baseball Hall of Fame, through Aug. 8.
