It’s Off To The (Duck) Races

On Neahwa Park’s Mill Race

The Family Resources Council organized a Rubber Duck Derby this afternoon in Oneonta’s Neahwa Park. Leading Daisy are Tiffany Perillo, Allison Mosher and Anneliese Glichrest, all of Otego. Lower left, DJ Patrick Dewey, Cooperstown, home for the summer after his freshman year at Edinboro University in Pennsylvania, kept toes tapping through the afternoon. Lower right, as the derby comes to an end in Mill Race, Bainbridge pals Darcey McElligott and Dina Cordes gather up the ducks for next year. The afternoon benefitted Legacy Resource Space for children with disabilities. (Ian Austin/AllOTSEGO.com)
