City of the hills all the way .

It has always been “City of the Hills”. Why change it? “Life Enjoyed”, does not describe the beautiful scenic Oneonta.
Now the slogan ‘ life enjoyed: has been replaced by ‘ we’re onta something’.? How much money was paid to somebody to come with this slogan which is even worse.
