HAWKEYE FANS SAY ‘THANKS!’

Parade Welcomes

Winningest Team

Cooperstown fans welcomed the winningest Cooperstown Central baseball team in school history back from the Final Four with a fire truck parade through village street on the Hawkeyes return home Friday evening. The Coop team had bowed, 6-2, to Potsdam Central in the semi-finals at NYSEG Arena in Binghamton that afternoon, but the varsity squad came closer to a state crown than any team in school history.
