Storm Harper Snow Over; Watch Wind Chill

AllOTSEGO.com Cooperstown reporter Pat Wager took a break from snow-shoveling this morning to snap photos in his route 28 neighborhood.  Above, Route 28 was pretty clear, but traffic was light as cautious drivers opted to stay home.  At right, almost not, but birds in Pat’s vicinity could still make their way to his birdfeeders.  A few snow flakes are falling on Cooperstown at this hour, but it looks like the worst is over; the up-to 30 inches predicted ended up under 10.   The National Weather Service is still warning against wind chills tonight and tomorrow, so bundle up.  (Pat Wager/AllOTSEGO.com)
