Preparations Begin

For CAA Quilt Show

Fenimore Quilt Club Show organizer Jean Lyons sorts through entries that were being processed today at the Cooperstown Art Association, 22 Main St., in anticipation of the annual exhibit, which runs Saturday, Feb. 9 to Sunday, Feb. 24.  See the blank walls behind Jean?  They will be adorned with 100-plus colorful quilts by the time of the opening. Traditionally, a raffle – $1 per ticket, or six for $5 – is conducted during the show, to benefit the club and local food pantry.  (Jim Kevlin/AllOTSEGO.com)
