2017 Local GOP Dinner

Veteran Republican consultant Roger Stone, left, who was arrested this morning in Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller’s probe of President Trump, shares insights with local Republicans at the GOP Annual Dinner June 22, 2017, at The Otesaga.  Chatting with him, from right, are Otsego County Republican chairman Vince Casale; Casale’s wife, Lynn Krogh, an associate with The Casale Group, and Sheriff Richard J. Devlin Jr. Stone, who had recently published “The Making of The American President 2016,” said the Netflix movie based on the book had caused a spike in sales. Controversial dating back to his days as an operative for President Richard M. Nixon, as well as his friendship with President Trump, Stone’s appearance caused Democrats to stage a protest across Lake Street from the resort hotel.  (AllOTSEGO.com file photo)

  1. It wasn’t only Democrats that protested Stone. People of all parties know ruthless indecency and an unconscionable mindset when they see it. Too bad the Otsego County Republican Party does not. Shameless.
