Ronald Howard Ingber, 69, of Unadilla Forks died Tuesday August 10, 2021 at Sitrin Long Term Care in New Hartford, NY from Pancreatic Cancer.

He was born on December 15, 1951 in Manhattan to Murray and Edith (Marcus) Ingber. Ron was raised in Queens and graduated from Bayside High School in 1969. He graduated from SUNY Albany in 1973, where he met his wife Linda (Hickling) Ingber. They married on June 2, 1974.

Ron worked as a computer consultant before buying the Bridgewater School where he ran various businesses including a skateboard park, antique center, and a nightclub.

He is survived by his wife Linda (Hickling) Ingber, his daughter Danielle, sister in law Charlene (Samuelson) Ingber, special cousin Victoria (Free) Presser, along with other aunts, cousins, nephews, and nieces.

Ron was predeceased by his parents, a brother Jeffrey Ingber, a sister Jane (Ingber) Ptak, a nephew Scott Ptak, and several aunts and uncles.

At Ron’s request, there will be no services. Donations may be made to the Unadilla Forks Fire Department 105 Co Hwy 18a West Winfield, NY 13491, West Winfield Ambulance PO Box 158 West Winfield, NY 13491, or Bridgewater Ambulance PO Box 365 Bridgewater, NY 13313.

Arrangements are with Delker and Terry Funeral Home 30 South Street Edmeston, NY.
