Angel Tree Program Accepts Contributions Celebrate The Spirit Of Christmas! The AllOTSEGO newspapers, The Freeman’s Journal and Hometown Oneonta, are joining with The Salvation Army to make a joyful Christmas for area families through its Angel Tree Program.
