Dr. Alberto Jose Cardelle appointed SUNY Oneonta President STAFF REPORT • Special to www.AllOTSEGO.com SUNY announced that Dr. Alberto Jose Cardelle would be appointed SUNY Oneonta President on Tuesday, July 20.
