IN MEMORIAM: Andrea  Schleicher, 73; Retired Teacher, Oneonta UMC Member EAST MEREDITH – Andrea A. Schleicher, 73, a retired school teacher, passed away on July 26, 2019, at her home after a battle with cancer.  Her family was by her side.
