ONEONTA – Barbara Joan Simmons-Hungerford, 73, former owner of Black Sheep Antiques in Duanesburg for 17 years, passed away Jan. 26, 2017, at her home in Oneonta.

She was the daughter of Lawrence and Blanche (Austin) Marshall.
