HOMETOWN People Photography Exhibit On Display in City Hall Lobby Wayne Wright, the Greater Oneonta Historical Society’s librarian, shows off a two-lens stereoscopic camera that is featured in three panels from the “Oneonta Photographers, 1850-1900” he staged forGOHS during the fall now being installed in the City Hall lobby.
