IN MEMORIAM: Eileen Charles Owen, 80 COOPERSTOWN – Eileen Charles Owen, 80, formerly of Cooperstown, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017, at home in Bronxville following a lengthy illness. Born Jan. 12, 1937, in Brooklyn, to the late Richard and Kathryn Charles, Eileen lived in Garden City, Cooperstown and Albany before settling in Bronxville. She graduated from St. Angela Hall and Marymount Junior College. She worked as a medical secretary for many years.…
