Chiba, Laughlin Co-Chair CV Democratic Committee Kathryn “Kat” Chiba and Dennis Laughlin were elected co-chairs of the Cherry Valley Democratic Committee, and Philip Durkin was elected secretary at a reorganizational meeting last Thursday.
