 IN MEMORIAM  Paul J. Lambert, 87; Community Leader, Former Superintendent COOPERSTOWN – Paul J. Lambert, former Cooperstown Central superintendent of schools, passed away late Wednesday night, Dec. 27, 2017, at Bassett Hospital.  He was 87. In addition to CCS superintendent, he was a principal, and later director of the Clark Foundation Scholarship Program, as well as a coach and well-respected member of the community.…
