IN MEMORIAM: Constance Gallup, Oneonta ONEONTA – Constance Gallup passed away Aug. 7, 2018 after a lengthy battle. She will be missed by her family Kim Nelson, Priscilla Davis, Joanne and William Fisher, Bunnie and Jack Hand.  Her many friends including Sue, Levi, Karen, Diane, Gary and notably Mary Peterson will also miss her dearly.  Not one to forget a birthday or a phone call, Connie loved her nephews and nieces.…
