IN MEMORIAM: Constance Gallup, Oneonta ONEONTA – Constance Gallup passed away Aug. 7, 2018 after a lengthy battle. She will be missed by her family Kim Nelson, Priscilla Davis, Joanne and William Fisher, Bunnie and Jack Hand.
