Bliss To Sing National Anthem For Obama COOPERSTOWN Eric Bliss, son of Town of Middlefield supervisor David Bliss, will sing “The Star Spangled Banner” for President Obama’s arrival at the Hall of Fame this afternoon. Schedule of Obama’s Cooperstown Tour President Obama will arrive in Cooperstown for a private tour of the Baseball Hall of Fame at 3:25 p.m. this afternoon, according to the official schedule released this morning by the White House.
