Cooperstown Mayor Jeff Katz, left, is interview by Greg Floyd and camera man Mark Zwinak in front of Village Hall this morning. The usual casual Katz kidded: "I wore a suit and tie so nobody would recognize me." He is among the invitees at the President's speech this afternoon at the Hall of Fame.
