IN MEMORIAM Ted Duesler, 79, Leader In Firefighter Community CHERRY VALLEY – Theodore Ernest Duesler, 79, a founder of the Cherry Valley emergency squad and former president of the Otsego County Fireman’s Association, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2016.
