Suspect Arrested At D.A. Office With Cap And Ball Muzzleloader COOPERSTOWN – Village Police arrested a New Berlin man who showed up at the county District Attorney’s Office at 197 Main St. Wednesday evening armed with a cap and ball muzzleloader, according to Police Chief Frank Cavalieri.
