Suspect Arrested At D.A. Office With Cap And Ball Muzzleloader COOPERSTOWN – Village Police arrested a New Berlin man who showed up at the county District Attorney’s Office at 197 Main St. Wednesday evening armed with a cap and ball muzzleloader, according to Police Chief Frank Cavalieri. Following an investigation, Theodore D. Canfield, 53, 211 Cobb Road, New Berlin, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, a Class E felony, and issued an appearance ticket for February.…
