IN MEMORIAM: DeEtte Houck Pratt, 95; Toddsville Native Survived By 4 Children Toddsville native DeEtte Houck Pratt, 95, passed away Jan. 24, 2017, at Hartville Care Center, Hartville, Mo., after a short illness.
