IN MEMORIAM: DeEtte Houck Pratt, 95; Toddsville Native Survived By 4 Children Toddsville native DeEtte Houck Pratt, 95, passed away Jan. 24, 2017, at Hartville Care Center, Hartville, Mo., after a short illness. She was born Nov. 22, 1921, in Toddsville, the daughter of Lee and Winifred Aylesworth Houck, and graduated from Cooperstown High School in 1940.  She was the wife of 65 years to Benjamin F.
