Stanton, 68, a 34-year elementary teacher at Gilbertsville-Mount Upton Central School,  passed away on Wednesday Oct. 18, 2017 in Albany, surrounded by her loving family. Alexa was born on July 27, 1949 in Walton, the daughter of the late Stilson and Dorothy Constable Tweedie. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter, Michelle Stanton.…
