Mark Rathbun Wins Fetterman Award

Mark Rathbun Wins Fetterman Award COOPERSTOWN – Mark Rathbun, retired teacher and former president of the Cooperstown Central School Board, will received this year’s Fetterman Award for service to youth, it was announced today.
