Friends, Family Honor Gene Bettiol’s Legacy Mourners filled Foothills’ Bettiol Theater Sunday to say goodbye to Eugene A. Bettiol, Sr., the foremost developer of Southside, who passed away Saturday, Dec. 2, at age 85. Speakers included state Sen.
