Otsego County Chamber Plans 7 Seminars For Entrepreneurs The Otsego County Chamber of Commerce today announced its first-ever series of seminars for entrepreneurs, “Smart Otsego Small Business Seminars,” seven in all, starting 8:30-10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, at SUNY Oneonta Morris Hall.
