IN MEMORIAM:  Rose J. Fraser, 81; SUNY Retiree Raised Large Family MOUNT VISION – Rose J. Fraser, 81, who lived for the past 63 years in Mount Vision, passed away at home with her family by her side. Rose was born in Westbury Long Island, the daughter of John and Susan (Metzger) Marano. She married Winnard Fraser Jr. on Sept. 3, 1954, in Mineola. Rose worked at both the former Homer Folks TB Hospital in Oneonta and SUNY Oneonta.…
