HOMETOWN HISTORY June 14, 2019 150 YEARS AGO Fatal Accident – William Beach, a man about 70 years of age, was instantly killed by the locomotive of the evening train west, on Saturday last, at a creek crossing near Wells Bridge. He was discovered in the act of crawling across the bridge, and it is supposed was intoxicated.
