MOUNT VISION – Richard Lavern Kinney Sr., 83, a Guardsman, printer and county highway department employee, passed away on Jan. 8, 2019, in Orlando, Fla., as a result of cardiac issues. He was born in Schuyler Lake, in the bedroom of his parent’s home in September 1938.
