Chief Brenner Joins LEAF Council Board ONEONTA – Police Chief Douglas Brenner has joined the board of directors of LEAF Council on Alcoholism & Addictions, it was announced today. “We are pleased Chief Brenner has joined our board”, said board President Tara Barnwell.  “Almost every sector of our community is now represented and he will be a huge asset”.
