Tells Citizens, ‘Know Your Rights’

Lee Fisher, President of the Oneonta chapter of the NAACP, introduces Leroy Gadsden, B.S., J.D., at SUNY Oneonta's Center for Multicultural Experiences Gadsden's interactive program "Know Your Rights, 2015", dealt with police stops and civil rights. "We like and respect police officers. They do a hard job where they may not come home at night." said Gadsden, "Only about 9-10% of cops are bad and they ruin it for the rest.
