Troopers Identify Man In Fatal Stericycle Accident ONEONTA – An employee of Stericycle on Lower River Street was killed after he was caught between a tractor trailer and a loading dock yesterday morning. John H. Murphy, 68, of Oneonta, was killed after he attempted to walk between a tractor trailer and a loading dock, unaware that the truck was backing up.  He was fatally struck, and died at the scene.
