IN MEMORIAM: Robert Couse, 90; Retired After 43 Years On The D&H ONEONTA – Robert Carl Couse, 90, a brakeman on the D&H in Oneonta for 43 years, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015 at Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich.   He was a resident at the Valley View Manor Nursing Home, Norwich, for the past year, and had previously lived in Oneonta.
