IN MEMORIAM: Andrea  Schleicher, 73; Retired Teacher, Oneonta UMC Member EAST MEREDITH – Andrea A. Schleicher, 73, a retired school teacher, passed away on July 26, 2019, at her home after a battle with cancer.  Her family was by her side. She was born Sept. 12, 1945, in Mount Vernon, the daughter of John Andrew and Agnes Cowan (Rawstron) Schleicher. In 1963, Andrea graduated from A.B.
