CLARK STILL LACKS VOTES TO KEEP JOB By JIM KEVLIN • Special to www.AllOTSEGO.com COOPERSTOWN – According to tally just received, Kathy Clark, R-Otego, still lacks sufficient votes to keep her chairmanship of the Otsego County Board of Representatives.
