IN MEMORIAM: Ottillie Ferrara, 86;  Worcester Native Retired From NYSEG ONEONTA – Ottillie K. Ferrara, 86, who retired from a 25-year career with NYSEG, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at Fox Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Jakob A. Muehl and Katherine Schmall Muehl Ottillie grew up in Worcester, attended Mildred Elley, then joined NYSEG. She liked travelling, movies, animals and country music. She played golf and enjoyed watching sports events, especially her “beloved Bo Sox”.…
