The two-hour panel, featured clips of performances, commentary, and even Hamil’s ‘Short and Sassy’ conditioner commercial. ONEONTA – The City of Oneonta announces that Hodges Pond in Neahwa Park will open for unsupervised public ice skating and non-contact hockey beginning Saturday, Jan. 23, pending sufficient ice depth.
Skating is only allowed when ice conditions are safe and the green flag is posted. There is no skating allowed when the black flag is posted.
