36-Room Plan At Hickory Grove Withdrawn; 21 Rooms Remain FLY CREEK – The petition for a three-story, 36-room hotel at the former Hickory Grove Inn on West Lake Road was withdrawn at the start of last night’s town Planning Board meeting, according to Otsego 2000’s Ellen Pope.
