A disappointed Jim Hill, Cooperstown, nonetheless gamely shows off his ugly sweater at Pioneer Park this morning on learning that, at 10:15, Cooperstown Chamber executive director Matt Hazzard, fearful of icy conditions, delayed 12:30’s Ugly Sweater Race for a week, hoping for more cooperative weather on the 13th.
