Jackson, 93, WWII Vet, Retired Trooper, VFW Commander COOPERSTOWN – James Elwood Jackson, a retired state trooper and World War II veteran, passed away Saturday night, Dec. 8, 2018, at Cooperstown Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing.
