Bidwell, 89, who retired from SUNY Oneonta Ancillary Services, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016 at Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich. She was born on Jan. 21, 1927, in Santa Monica, Calif., daughter of the late Frank I. and Edna Elizabeth (Risley) Smith. Emalyn went to Hancock High School and Albany College.…
