Winter Weather Advisory On

In Otsego County Until 2 p.m.

With the MLB season opening last night – and last week's balmy weather – Doubleday Field manager Quintin Hasak must have expected to be tending the turf by this time.  Instead, he was manning a village plow on Railroad Avenue in Cooperstown this morning after 3 inches of snow fell on Otsego County overnight.
