City Hall Encourages All To Answer Questionnaire

ONEONTA – City Hall and the LA Group, Saratoga Springs consultants, today distributed a survey to explore why and how people use downtown Oneonta, and how they feel about the experience.

There are also links on the City of Oneonta and Destination Oneonta sites, and hard copies may be obtained at City Hall, Destination Oneonta, the Autumn Cafe, the Yellow Deli or the B-side Ballroom.
Please respond by Friday, Dec. 18.

The survey is being done as part of the public engagement process for the downtown planning study, “Focus on the Future of Main Street,” now under development.

The intent of the study is to assess downtown and develop a strategy to expand and improve it.
Widespread participation by customers from across the region it important, according to city Community Development Director Bill Kerbin and LA Group’s Jim Martin.
