Refugee Committee Ready To Brief Common Council ONEONTA – Members of the Oneonta Refugee Resettlement Coalition will brief Common Council on activities to date at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, in Council Chambers. Margaret Parish, Ken Sider, Temple Beth El president and Rev. Teresa Sivers, pastor, First United Methodist Church, will discuss plans to explore the possibility of resettling refugee families in Oneonta through a partnership with the Mohawk Valley Resource Center for Refugees in Utica.
