At Cooperstown Brewing Taproom

MILFORD – A 24-year-old East Merideth man has been arrested after a break-in at Cooperstown Brewing Co’s taproom here, the county Sheriff’s Department reported today.

The burglary was reported to the sheriff’s department on the morning of Thursday, Sept. 19, after employees arrived and discovered a break-in, according to a press release.

An investigation led to the arrest of Gregory M. O’Bryan, 24, who was previously employed by the brewery.

Overnight before the 19th, O’Bryan allegedly broke into the business and stole money from within, deputies said.

The defendant was arrested and arraigned in Town of Hartwick court, and is due in Milford Town Court at a later date.
