270 Sample ‘Local Food, Local Spirits’

Townsend Catering and the Firehouse Market joins the applause at Otsego 2000's Ellen Pope heralds the success of her organization's second annual "Local Food, Local Spirits" celebration this evening in the Cooperstown Farmers' Market.  The event, moved to the spacious venue after it sold out last year, enticed 270 revellers to pay $35 each to sample locally grown treats.
