CHERRY VALLEY – Cherry Valley was brought to a standstill on Sunday afternoon to honor Theodore “Ted” Duesler, a leader of Otsego County’s firefighter community.

He was a member of the Cherry Valley First Presbyterian Church and served as a trustee, treasurer, elder and deacon.

Ted was also a member of the Cherry Valley Volunteer Fire Department, and founding member of the Cherry Valley Emergency Squad.
