Dick Lohrman

FRANKLIN – Richard "Dick" Frederick Lohrman, 89, formerly of Franklin, past CEO/secretary of the Otsego County Farmers Cooperative Insurance Co., passed away in his residence at St. James Manor on Sept. 22, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.

Richard was born in Corinth, Saratoga County.  He was the only child of Richard F. Lohrman and Martha A. (Balitz) Lohrman.

He was a 1947 graduate of Syracuse Central High School and a 1952 graduate of Hartwick College. While attending college, Richard served as a sergeant in the 108th Medical Division of the Army National Guard.
